  • You have 30 days from the delivery date to return any unused item in its original packaging.

  • Returns are eligible for a full refund (excluding shipping costs).

Optional Shipping Protection

  • At checkout, you may add shipping protection for extra peace of mind.

  • If your order is lost, stolen, or fails to deliver:

    • We will reship your order free of charge, or

    • Provide an immediate refund, no questions asked.


Return Conditions

  • Items must be unused, with all original tags, packaging, and accessories.

  • Products showing visible wear, damage, or alterations may receive a partial refund or be declined, depending on condition.


Refund Processing

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be issued within 5 business days.

  • Refunds are applied to your original payment method.

  • You will receive an email confirmation when your refund is processed.


1-Year Warranty Coverage

  • All OnPoint Magnetics products include a 1-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship.

  • If an issue arises under normal use, email us with your order number and a photo of the problem.

  • We will repair, replace, or provide store credit—your choice.


Exclusions

  • Warranty and returns do not cover:
